How can I buy a phonecard?
It is easy to buy a phonecard PIN online.

If you are a new customer, you will need to register before you can purchase online. Registering is very simple. Just click on the 'Register'  link at the top of the page, and enter the required details. You are then ready to start shopping!

For existing customers, all you have to do is login using your username and password.

Then just select the phonecard you would like to purchase, choose the denomination and quantity and add to cart. When you proceed to checkout we will just ask you for some information for security reasons and once you proceed with your order you will get two emails - one with your order confirmation and one with your phonecard PIN details. You will then be able to start making calls straight away!

What payment methods can I use to pay for an item and how safe are they?
You can pay using a credit card - we accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX - or with PayPal. Both methods are recommended and perfectly safe.

How do I pay with PayPal?
To pay via PayPal you need a PayPal account. If you don't have an account with PayPal, you can sign up in less than 3 minutes! Signing up for a PayPal account is easy, and it's free. You can sign up on either the PayPal website www.paypal.com.au or here in our store.

Once you have added all the items you want to buy to your cart, you can either click on 'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Checkout with PayPal here' to complete your order. If you want to pay directly with your credit card, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'. If you want to pay with PayPal, click on 'Checkout with PayPal here'. You will be prompted to enter your PayPal account details if you already have one or to create a new account if you are new to PayPal.

When I register to the webstore, will my login details be sent to me?
Yes, you will receive an email with your login and password details.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you click on the 'Log In' link at the top of the page, you'll see a link to 'Forgot your password'. Just enter in your username and a new password will be sent to you by email within a few minutes.

I have lost my phonecard PIN number, what should I do?
You can call customer service on 1300 550 003.

If I buy a phonecard, how will this be sent to me?
When you buy a phonecard online, all you need is the phonecard PIN number.  This phonecard PIN number is sent to you by email instantly.

Can I start making calls once I receive my phonecard PIN number?
Yes you can!

Can I view my orders?
Yes, just click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page to view your orders.

How can I change my password?
Once you have logged in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page, where you'll be able to change your password.

How can I change my email address?
Once you have logged in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page, where you'll be able to change your email address.

How can I change my mobile number?
Once you have logged in, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the page, where you'll be able to change your mobile number details.
